摘要
目的促进医院临床合理使用中成药。方法采用限定日剂量(DDD)分析法,对2010年至2012年医院门诊中成药的销售金额及构成比、用药频度进行统计分析。结果中成药的种类较有连续性,各类药销售金额及构成比相对固定。在医院相继出台一系列合理用药管理制度后,门诊中成药的使用更加规范。结论中成药用药品种的选择基本能满足临床需求,同时兼顾了患者的经济承受能力,保障了临床用药的安全、有效和经济。
Objective To investigate the clinical use situation of the Chinese patent medicines in the outpatient department of our hos-pital during 2010-2012 to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods By using the DDD analytical method, the con-sumption sum, the constituent ratio and DDDs of Chinese patent medicines in the outpatient department of our hospital were analyzed statistically. Results The category of Chinese patent medicines had the continuity. The consumption sum and constituent ratio for various drugs were relatively fixed. After a series of the management systems of rational drug use were formulated by hospital, the use of Chi-nese patent medicines was more standardized. Conclusion The variety selection of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital basically meets the requirement of clinical treatment, at the same time gives consideration to the patient＇s economic bear ability so as to guaran- tee safe, effective and economical medication in clinic.
