摘要
本文通过案例分析．将我院青年临床药师深入临床的进程和体会进行了总结。笔者认为青年临床药师要善于总结，不断进取，通过不断地努力得到临床医师和护士的认可，实现临床药师的价值。
To summarize the work of the young clinical pharmacists, we analyze the process and summarize the experiences by using case analysis. With constant effort, young clinical pharmacists gained approval from doctors and nurses. Young clinical pharmacists should always summarize their work, keep continuous progress, and achieve their self-value.
