摘要
汽车传动轴属于易损坏件,在产品开发的试验过程中,一般都是破坏性试验,为了减少试验次数,降低试验费用,文章在HyperMesh中建立了传动轴总成的有限元模型,利用有限元求解器ABAQUS进行强度计算,并将计算结果和试验进行对比。结果表明:利用有限元方法进行传动轴强度仿真与试验结果最大误差均在6%以内,验证了仿真分析的准确性,对传动轴的开发设计具有重要的指导意义。
Vehicle driving shaft is an easy-wear part, generally, it has been taken the failure test in the product development. In order to reduce the number of experiments and the experiment cost, the simulation of driving shaft using the finite element method has been described with HyperMesh in the paper. Strength is calculated by the finite element solver ABAQUS, and it is compared with the experiment data. The results show that the maximum errors between strength simulation and test results of driving shaft are within 6%, which verifies the accuracy of the simulation analysis. Therefore the si,nulation analysis has an important guiding for development of driving shaft.
