摘要
传动轴疲劳断裂是工程机械传动系统最为严重的失效形式之一,本文利用"存储式扭拒测量装置"动态测量传动轴的扭拒和转速,有效地提取分析了工程机械在行驶和作业时传动轴的载荷谱,并从时域波形和频率结构上对信号进行分析,查明了传动轴断裂的直接原因,应当是材料强度不够,导致疲劳断裂。
The fatigue fracture of a transmission shaft is one of most serious malfunctions. This paper introduces a system of" storage torsion test system". It can test the torsion and rev dynamically, get load spectrum of the transmission shaft. After the testing, we analyze the data in time domain and frequency domain. We find the reason of a transmission shaft' fracture: it is because that the material strength isn' t enough. It belongs to fatigue fracture. The analytical results lay foundation for design and malfunction diagnosis of the gearing system of mobile machinery.
