摘要
文章介绍了太原重工设计制造的3500 t大直径钢管静水压试验机组的受力框架、前压头、后压头夹紧装置和提升装置等。该机组受力框架采用了单腹板结构,采用横置充水阀结构,在增压保压过程中高压水使阀芯与承压座的密封面可靠接触,保压完成后由比例阀控制卸荷阀进行卸荷,减少主缸对钢管的冲击压力,提高了设备的安全可靠性。
It is introduced the loading frame, head pressure, head clamping device and the lifting appliance of the 3500t-hydrostatic test unit, produced by Taiyuan Heavy Industry, for steel pipes with large diameter. The loading frame applies single web structure, and horizontal set filling valve so to achieve reliable engage between the spool and the sealing surface of the stand in the process of the pressure increasing and maintaining. After the pressure maintaining, proportional valve controls the unloading valve to unload so to decrease the impact from the master cylinder on steel pipes and increase the safety.
