摘要
详细分析了影响HT300高强度K15缸体铁液质量的各种因素。对几种试验情况及试验结果进行了详细分析。认为通过减少生铁、增加废钢加入量可提高铸件性能;在较高碳、硅含量条件下生产高强度灰铸铁,须设法增加熔炼过程中的石墨晶核,加强孕育以达到均匀石墨、细化石墨、改善石墨形状从而提高铸件性能的目的;适当的合金化可进一步提高基体强度;延迟开箱时间使铸件在砂箱中缓慢冷却可以消除铸造应力,为生产优质铸件提供保证。
Various factors affecting the quality of HT300 hi-strength molten iron for K15-cylinder block have been analysed. Several experiments and results have been analysed in detail. It is considered that to reduce the quantity of pig iron and increase the quantity of scrap steel can improve the quality of castings. Proper alloying can improve the strength of metal base further. It was pointed out that the casting stress can be eliminated by delaying knock it out. This would offer the last guarantee for producing hi-quality castings.
