摘要
34CrNi3Mo钢齿轮在使用过程中,发生多个轮齿断裂现象。采用化学成分、夹杂物分析和金相检验等方法对齿轮断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,淬火产生的内裂、齿轮淬硬层与基体组织突然过渡以及偏载运转是轮齿断裂的根本原因。
The 34CrNi3Mo steel gears broken up during service and the fracture reasons were analyzed by chemistry composition,inclusion and micro strueture analysis and so on.The results show that inter-break after quenching,suddenly transited microstructure between hardened layer and the substrate and edge load running are the key reasons.
