摘要
目的探讨用药指导依据不足的问题,促进患者合理用药。方法对药品说明书、参考书中存在的相关问题进行对比、分析,并提出建议。结果部分药品说明书、参考书中存在药品应用描述不完善或不一致的情况,给用药指导带来困难。结论应加大力度完善临床用药资料,提高合理用药水平。
Objective To explore the problem of basis insufficiency existed in medication guide in order to promote rational use of drug in patients. Methods Medication guide was made by contrast and analysis the drug labeling, related medicine literature and books on these issues. Results Medication guide is difficult to make sometimes because description of application is insufficient in some drug labeling and related books. Conclusion Greater efforts should be made in the future to enrich the clinical drug materials so as to improve the level of rational drug use.
