Survivin和IL-8在乳腺癌组织中的表达及二者的相关性

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌组织中存活素(survivin)和白介素-8(IL-8)的表达情况及它们之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法检测52例乳腺癌组织中survivin和IL-8蛋白的表达情况,并分析它们之间的相互关系。结果 52例乳腺癌组织中survivivn的表达阳性率为71.2%(37/52),IL-8的表达阳性率为61.5%(32/52)。在32例IL-8表达阳性的病例中survivin的阳性表达率为87.5%(28/32),而在20例IL-8表达阴性的病例中survivin的阳性表达率为55%(11/20)。经统计学处理分析得出两者具有相关性P<0.001,相关系数r=0.365。结论 survivin在乳腺癌组织中的表达与IL-8的表达呈正相关,提示survivin与IL-8在乳腺癌的发生发展中具有协同作用。
