摘要
目的:对鸡蛋花的挥发油成分进行分析,为鸡蛋花的综合利用提供参考。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鸡蛋花挥发油,经乙酸乙酯萃取处理,以GC-MS法分析其化学成分。结果:在鸡蛋花的挥发油中检测出35个化合物,确认了其中29个结论:鸡蛋花挥发油成分中棕榈酸、正十四碳酸等脂肪酸类化合物含量较高。
To analyze the constituents in volatile oil from Plumeria rubera LCV to provide the reference for the comprehensive utilization of Plumeria rubera LCV.Method:The volatile oil from Plumeria nibera LCV was extracted by steam distillation followed by ethyl acetate extraction.The chemical compositions were analyzed by GC-MS.Result:Thirty-five compounds in volatile oil from Plumeria nibera LCV were detected,and among them,29 ones were confirmed.Conclusion:Among the constituents in volatile oil from Plumeria rubera LCV,palmitic,tetradecanoic acid and the other fatty acids are the main components,suggesting fatty acid compounds may be the main volatile components in Plumeria rubera LCV.
