To the editor： An 85-year-old woman, presented with a macula in the front region of parietal bone one year ago, which wasslightly protruding from the epidermis without pain and pruritus. After scratching, ulceration and the scope was increasing gradually. A month ago, the tumor was about walnut size, and now about egg size, accompanied with bleeding when knocked, without special feeling. Apart from this, the patient has been suffering from hypertension, diabetes for many years.
