摘要
简要介绍了在熔盐介质中合成氧化物陶瓷粉体的方法、特点以及目前的进展。以该方法合成氧化物陶瓷粉体,具有操作简单、合成温度较其它方法低,合成产物的纯度高,各组分配比准确,无偏析等特点。通过调整原料与盐的比例以及合成温度可以控制粉体颗粒的形貌与尺寸。该方法在合成高纯复杂氧化物陶瓷粉体方面具有很广阔的应用前景。
The review is confined to the molten salt method (MSM), its characteristics and recent development in the field of oxide ceramic powder preparation. This method is characterized by process simplicity and relative lower synthesizing temperature. The resultant products are usually with higher purity, non-segregation and with accurate component ratio. It is possible to control the shape and size of the product powder through adjusting the synthetic temperature and the ratio of raw materials and molten salt. It is believed that this method has extensive application in the field of high purity complex oxide ceramic powder preparation.
