ARDS患者机械通气治疗中最佳呼气末正压选择的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 呼气末正压(positiveend—expiratory pressure,PEEP)是在患者机械通气时呼吸相末期维持气道处于正压状态,是治疗急性肺损伤(acutelunginjury,Au)和急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)最重要的措施之一。PEEP可防止肺泡萎陷,减少肺泡表面活性物质消耗,
