摘要 急性肺损伤／急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ALI／ARDS）是临床危重患者的常见并发症，病死率极高，严重威胁危重症患者的生命并影响其生存质量。据Rubenfeld和Herridge报道，在美国ALI患者的住院病死率为38．5％，ARDS患者的住院病死率为41．4％；在国内，Lu等”0对上海市15家医院重症监护病房（ICU）中成人ARDS的现状调查发现，
