摘要
目的探讨自制舌系带止血钳在舌系带过短矫治术中的作用和优点。方法把132例粗厚型、Ⅱ度以上舌系带过短患儿按来诊先后次序交替分为实验组和对照组,实验组术中使用自制舌系带止血钳,对照组使用普通止血钳,对比两组的手术耗时、手术出血量和治疗效果。结果实验组的手术耗时、手术出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的治疗效果比对照组好,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自制舌系带止血钳制作简单,使用方便,能明显缩短手术时间和减少手术出血量。
Objective To explore the application and advantages of self made frenum hemostat in short frenum correc tion surgery. Methods 132 cases of children with thick and degree I1 frenum or above were alternately divided into experimental and control groups according to the time sequence of diagnosis. The self made frenum hemostat was used in the operations in the experimental group, but not the control group. The operation time, the amount of surgical bleeding and treatment effectiveness between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, both the operation time and surgical bleeding in the experimental group were much less （ P 〈 0.05 ）, however, the effectiveness was better but not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The self made frenum hemostat is easy to make, easy to use and can significantly shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of surgical bleeding.
