摘要
针对柴油机机体生产效率低、工人劳动强度大、铸件易产生缩孔缩凹缺陷等问题,对原生产工艺进行改进,包括机体搭子结构及生产方式等。改进后的工艺方案,适应于流水线机械化大批量生产要求,大大提高了生产效率,减轻了工人劳动强度,还能有效防止铸件缩孔缩凹缺陷,保证了铸件成品率。
Aimed at the problems of diesel engine body in production, such as low production efficiency, high labor intensity of workers, casting shrinkage defects and so on, the original production process was improved, including the lug structure of body and the mode of production. The improved process is suitable for mechanized mass production line, greatly improves the production efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of workers, and can effectively prevent the casting from shrinkage hole and concave defects, ensure the yield of diesel engine body castings.
