The practicability of production use of flaskless molding in the flow line of resin-bonded sand is introduced,Equipment and process installa- tions incorporating in the flaskless molding flow line such as;resin-bonded sand mixer,jolter,mechanically-operated roller,mechanically-operated transfer car, rolling over stripper,baker,mold closing device,pattern plate,pattern plate supporter,snap flask,mold plate,etc and the notice for their choice have been detailed.Several flaskless molding lines for resin-bonded sand made in Germany have been introduced as well.
