摘要
主要介绍华铸CAE软件在球铁箱体铸件工艺分析中的应用。通过CAE模拟对该铸件4种工艺方案下可能产生的缩孔、缩松缺陷进行了定量预测和分析。结果发现,通过工艺优化,较好地消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷。
The application of inteCAST software in ductile iron housing was analyzed. With the help of CAE software, four kinds of processing design for the ductile iron housing were visualized to predict and analyze possible shrinkage holes （porosities）. The results show that, through optimizing process, shrinkage porosities （holes） in the ductile iron housing can be eliminated effectively.
