摘要
通过对机床卡盘铸件铸造过程进行CAE分析,根据仿真结果提出工艺及设计改进,大大提高铸件成品率,提高产品质量,降低生产成本,有着较好的经济及社会价值。
The application of the CAE software in the foundry field is presented in this paper. The casting technique of chuck for machine tools was analyzed by using of CAE software, which can predict the casting defects accurately. The casting technique was improved according to the results of numerical simulation which increased greatly the overall yield and quality of the castings and decreased the production cost.
