双期矫治Ⅲ类骨性错病例

摘要 患者,女,10岁9个月,替牙后前牙＂地包天＂,近期面中部凹陷加重。否认遗传史。1临床资料1.1临床检查正面观左右对称,侧面观凹面型（图1）。替牙牙合,13、23、17、27未萌。左后牙近中尖对尖,右后牙完全近中关系,前牙反覆盖2mm、覆牙合2mm,切牙代偿倾斜。中线略偏（图2）。扁桃体等未见异常,吞咽等功能及下颌关节未见异常。下颌可后退至切对切。
