摘要
应用高梯度磁分离装置对铬盐浸出浆液中的铬渣进行了实验分离,测量了有效分离时间与流体粘度、磁场强度和流体流速之间的关系. 实验结果显示,当对理论模型作适当修正后,实验测量结果与模型计算结果基本一致.
Experiments on separation of chromium-containing residue from the chromate leach liquor were carried out by using a high gradient magnetic separator. The dependence of the effective separation time upon viscosity, magnetic field intensity and flow velocity was examined. It is shown that the experimental results are in good accordance with the calculated results from the improved model.
