摘要
高梯度磁分离是一种新颖高效的分离方法文中阐述了该分离方法的作用原理及影响因素,并系统地研究了过滤器填料对磁场强度、进而对分高效果的影响.结果表明,选用磁性较强的材料作过滤填料对分离更为有效,但实际应用中以磁性不锈钢为宜;填料越细、填充度越高,分离效果越好。
High gradient magnetic separation(HuMo) Is a new, efficient separation technology.The mechanism and the influence factors were stated and the influence(of material) of magnetic filler in matrix on magnetic gradient and separation efficiency were studied systematically.Experiments indicated that the stronger the magnetism(of material) of magnetic filler, the better the magnetic separation efficiency is, but the magnetic stainless steel is better in practice; the finer the filtratlon fiber and the higher the matrix packing density, the higher the separation efficiency is; however,the suitabl ematrix packing density is 5%~10%.
