摘要
目的总结斜仰卧联合改良截石位经皮肾镜碎石术的术前护理准备与术中配合的方法及经验。方法对采用斜仰卧联合改良截石位行经皮肾镜碎石术的35例上尿路结石患者,进行临床资料及护理方法的回顾性分析。结果 35例患者均手术成功,术中、术后无护理并发症。结论在斜仰卧联合改良截石位经皮肾镜碎石术时,良好的术前护理准备与术中护理配合,在保证手术顺利进行、预防手术并发症方面具有重要作用。
Objective To summarize the method and experience of preoperative nursing preparation and intraoperative cooperation in percutaneous nephrolithotomy under oblique supine combined with improved lithotomy position. Methods A retrospective analysis about clinical data and nursing method was conducted on 35 cases of patients with upper urinary calculi,who were treated by percutaneous nephrolithotripsy under oblique supine combined with improved lithotomy position. Results All the 35 patients accepted successful operation with no nursing complication during and after operation. Conclusion In percutaneous nephrolithotripsy under oblique supine combined with improved lithotomy position,good preoperative nursing preparation and intraoperative nursing cooperation plays an important role in assurance of operation smoothly and prevention of postoperative complication.
