摘要
[目的]总结斜仰卧位微创经皮肾碎石的手术护理经验。[方法]回顾性分析45例上尿路结石病人斜仰卧位下行微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术的临床资料及护理方法。[结果]45例病人均手术成功,术中、术后无护理并发症。[结论]手术室护士良好的术前准备,熟练、合理有效的手术配合,是保证手术及护理顺利进行、预防手术并发症发生、促进病人康复的重要措施。
Objective:To summarize the operative nursing experience of oblique supine position minimally invasive percutaneous renal lithotripsy.Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data and nursing coordination was carried out for 45 cases of patients with urinary tract stones underwent minimally invasive percutaneous renal lithotripsy in oblique supine position.Results:A total of 45 patients had successful surgery,postoperative care and no intraoperative and postoperative nursing complications occurred.Conclusion:The well preoperative preparation,skilled,reasonable and effective operative coordination of operating room nurses are important measures for ensuring the smooth surgery and nursing,preventing the occurrence of surgical complications,so as to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
