摘要
目的探讨糖尿病合并感染患者使用左氧氟沙星的有效性和安全性。方法将2009年7月～2012年7月入住本院的86例糖尿病合并感染患者按照抽签法随机均分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组给予头孢呋辛加以治疗,观察组采用左氧氟沙星加以治疗,比较两组的疗效以及治疗后的不良反应发生率。结果①对照组临床治疗总有效率为69.77%,明显低于观察组的93.02%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);②两组均出现血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮升高,肝功能损害,变态反应,胃肠道反应,中枢神经系统等不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率为20.93%,观察组为11.63%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并感染患者使用左氧氟沙星的有效性较高,且安全性较常规治疗方法要高,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of levofloxacin on diabetic patients complicated with infection. Methods Eighty six cases of diabetic patients complicated with infection in our hospital from July 2009 to July 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group （43 cases in each group） by sortition method.Cefuroxime was used in the control group and levofloxacin was used in the observation group.The curative effects and the incidences of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between two groups. Results ①The total clinical effective rate of the control group was 69.77%,which was less than that of the observation group （93.02%）,the difference was significant （P ＆lt; 0.01）.②Increased levels of blood sugar,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen,liver function damage,allergic reactions,and adverse reactions of gastrointestinal tract and central nervous system were found in both groups.The adverse reaction incidence of the control group was 20.93%,while that was 11.63% of the observation group,which had statistically significant difference （P ＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion The effectiveness of levofloxacin is high in the diabetic patients complicated with infection and the safety is higher than that of the conventional treatment methods,which should be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
