Objective To evaluate the effect of prophyiactic protective methods for vein in 86 patients treated with vinorelbin. Methods 86 Patients with vinorelbine - chemotherapy were recruited in this study, who were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Every group included 43 eases respectively. The experimental group received venoclysis of 0.9% Natvii chloride 100 ml and Dexamethasone 10mg fore - and postehemotherapy to clear the vein , at the same time, the fresh Aloe Vera was applied externally to protect the punctured vein. While the eases of control group received common treatment and care. Results Of 43 experimental group patients, 18 (41.9%) developed vasculitis. Otherwise, 35 (81.4%) patients in the control group had occurred the vasculitis. The experimental group had less morbidity. (He = 18.01, P 〈 0.00002) . Conclusion The prophy lactic protective approaches for vinorelbine - treated patients can alleviate the harm of the vein, and reduced the incidence rate of the vasculitis.
