摘要
目的观察恩再适(牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物)治疗椎间盘突出症引起神经根疼痛的疗效。方法将102例椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组(恩再适+消炎止痛药物)和对照组(消炎止痛药物),治疗2周后对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价与对比。结果治疗组总有效率为92.2%,对照组总有效率为43.1%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恩再适对椎间盘突出症所致的神经根疼痛具有明确疗效,临床安全性好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Well fitness （extracts from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus） for the treatment of the patients with nerve root pain caused by disc herniation. Methods One hundred and two patients with disc herniation were divided into treatment group （Well fitness ＋ NSAIDs） and control group （NSAIDs） randomly,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups 2 weeks later was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.2%,the total effective rate of the control group was 43.1%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Well fitness has obvious efficacy for the nerve root pain caused by disc herniation,and has a good safety,worthy of clinical application.
