摘要
目的探讨妇科实施护理示范病房对患者满意度及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法选择妇科住院患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统妇科护理方法;观察组实施妇科护理示范病房。结果观察组患者的饮食指导、检查操作告知、护患沟通、红灯处理服务等满意率高于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论实施妇科护理示范病房可显著提高患者的主观满意度,并改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪。
Objective To investigate the nursing demonstration ward intervention on satisfaction,depression and anxiety of gynecological patients.Methods Selected of patients 120 cases,were randomly divided into control group and observation group of two groups.The control group ：the use of traditional gynecology nursing method.The observation group：the use of gynecological care demonstration ward.Results Diet guidance,check operation to inform,nurse-patient communication,the red light treatment services of gynecological patients satisfaction rate of the observation group than in the control group,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.SAS and SDS scores of gynecological patients of the observation group was less than that in the control group,there were significant differences（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The use of gynecological nursing model ward can significantly improve the subjective satisfaction,and improve the anxiety and depression of gynecological patients.
