摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在胃癌围术期的护理效果。方法:将68例行胃癌的手术患者随机分为观察组35例和对照组33例,观察组采用舒适护理,对照组采用常规护理方法,比较二者的护理效果。结果:对照组患者对护理质量满意度、术后疼痛以及脱管、并发症发生率均好于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对胃癌手术患者开展舒适护理有助于提高患者的主观满意度,提高护理质量。
Objective： To explore the effects of the comfort care in the patients with gastric cancer undergoing operation. Methods： 68 patients were divided randomly into the investigation group（35 cases）and the control group（33 cases）. The former took the comfort care, the latter took the traditional nursing method, and compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results： The nursing effects of investigation group were better than that of the control group, there were statistic difference in the pain, satisfied by nursing services, the incidence of the gastric tube slipping and complications between the investigation group and the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Comfort care can reduce the pain, improve the satisfaction degree of patients and nursing quality, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
