摘要
近年来,我国在医学生人才培养方面做出了很多有益的探索和尝试,取得了邻人瞩目的成绩,但较国际上医学强国在医学生培养理念和方式上还存在很大的差距。美国医学生的培养体系建立已有百年,通过不断的磨合和完善,已成为国际上最先进的医学教育模式之一,具有严密规则和严格的规范。通过对比中美两国在医学生培养方式的差异,不仅能够使我们清楚的认识到我国医学生培养机制方面的差距,也能够根据我国医药卫生事业和全民卫生健康保障的需要,制定出具有中国特色的医学专业人才培养模式。
In recent years,plenty of useful exploration and attemps have been made in the personnel training of medical students,which also obtained many neighbor spectacular achivements.However,great gaps of trainging philosophy and method in medical students training still present between China and other medicine-advaned developed coutries.The national education systme of medical students training had established in United States over a century,which had become the world＇s most advanced medical education modes with strict rules and strict specifications through continuous running and improvement.By comparing the difference of medical students training methods between the two countries,it will not only give us a clear understanding of the mechanisms of medical students training gaps,but also help to develop China specialty medical specialty training model according to China＇s medical and health undertakings and the need for universal health health protection.
