摘要
目的观察天然蜂王浆(RJ)对兔呼吸运动的影响。方法将2 kg左右家兔24只随机分为四组,每组6只。(1)对照组:经耳缘静脉注射0.1 mL生理盐水,观察10 min后再静脉注射1%RJ 0.1 mL;(2)RJ组:1%RJ 0.1、0.4、0.7、1.0、1.2、1.5 mL;(3)阿托品加RJ组:先经静脉注射阿托品0.1 mL,约30 s后注射1%RJ 1.0 mL;(4)离体气管条组。行气管插管,观察兔呼吸频率、幅度的变化;采用离体气管环灌流观察兔气管条张力的变化。结果静脉注射RJ后兔呼吸频率和幅度先轻度增加,约2 min后降低,降低时间持续长达20 min以上,且呈剂量依赖性。在加入阿托品后,取消了增加平滑肌张力的作用。结论 RJ能影响兔气管平滑肌的收缩活动,以舒张作用为主。
Objective To investigate the effect of natural royal jelly（RJ） on the rabbit breathing movement.Methods 24 rabbits about 2 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups（the control group,the RJ group,the group of atropine combined with RJ and the isolated trachea group）,6 rabbits in each group.The control group received normal saline 0.1 mL via ear rein and reinjected with 1% RJ 0.1 mL after 10 min observation;the RJ group was injected with 1% RJ 0.1 mL,0.4 mL,0.7 mL,1.0 mL,1.2 mL and 1.5 mL respectively;the group of atropine combined with RJ was first received intravenous injection of atropine 0.1 mL and reinjected with 1% RJ 1.0 mL after 30 seconds;the isolated trachea group was with endotracheal intubation to observe respiratory rate and amplitudeofvariation,and the tracheal tension change was observed by in vitro trachea reperfusion.Results After intravenous injection of RJ,the respiratory rate and range were mildly increased first for 2 min and then decreased for 20 min with dose-dependence.After adding atropine,the action increasing smooth muscle tension was canceled.Conclusion RJ can affect the contractile activity of rabbit tracheal smooth muscle,which is dominated by the relaxant action.
