摘要
目的研究氟比洛芬酯对胸腔镜手术患者全身麻醉(全麻)苏醒期机体应激反应的影响及临床效果。方法将30例美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级行择期胸腔镜手术患者随机分为氟比洛芬酯组(E组)和对照组(C组),每组15例。E组患者在麻醉诱导前10 min经静脉给予氟比洛芬酯50 mg,手术结束前30 min再给予氟比洛芬酯50 mg;C组患者不给予氟比洛芬酯。记录两组患者手术结束时(T1)和气管导管拔管时(T2)平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)和脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)变化情况。同时采集两组患者静脉血5 mL检测T1、T2的血糖和去甲肾上腺素水平。结果与C组比较,E组患者T1、T2的MAP、HR、血糖明显降低(P<0.05),T2的去甲肾上腺素明显降低(P<0.01)。结论氟比洛芬酯能明显抑制胸腔镜手术患者全麻苏醒期的应激反应,有利于血流动力学的稳定。
Objective To study the effect of flurbiprofen axetil on stress response during recovery period after general anesthesia in thoracoscopic surgery patients and its clinical effects.Methods 30 ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic surgery were randomized into the flurbiprofen axetil group(E) and the control group(C),15 cases in each group.The group E was intravenously administrated with flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg at 10 min before induction and another 50 mg at 30 min before the end of surgery,while the group C was not given with flurbiprofen axetil.The changes of mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR) and pulse blood oxygen saturation(SpO2) were recorded at the end of surgery(T1) and the endotracheal tube ex tubation(T2).At the same time,5mL of venous blood was collected in the two groups for detecting the blood glucose and nore pinephrine levels at T1and T2.Results Compared with the group C,MAP,HR and blood glucose at T1,T2 in the group E were significantly decreased(P0.05);the norepinephrine level at T2was significantly decreased(P0.01).Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil can inhibit the stress response during the recovery period after general anesthesia in thoracoscopic surgery patients,and it is beneficial to the hemodynamic stability.
