摘要
对超高效液相色谱-紫外法同时测定烟草中的莨菪葶、绿原酸、芸香苷、咖啡酸和愈创木酚进行了系统研究,建立了烟草中5种酚类的测定方法。对样品中被测物的萃取溶剂和萃取条件及线性关系、精密度和回收率进行了考察和实验。该方法的相对标准偏差为1.4%~5.3%,回收率在95%~107%之间,检出限为0.01~0.14 mg/L。在9 min内,5种酚类物质得到了完全的分离,说明该方法可以用于日常复杂体系中微量酚的含量分析。此外,由于分析时间短,该方法适用于每天分析大量的样品。
A simple method using ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with UV detection is developed and validated for determination of phenols in tobacco,i.e.scopoletin,chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,rutin and guaiacol.The optimization of extraction solvents and conditions is carried out.The calibration curves,detection limits and recoveries are acquired as follows:1.4%-5.3% of relative standard deviation,0.01-0.14 mg/L of the limits of detection and 95%-107% of the recoveries.The separation of five kinds of phenols is achieved in less than 9 min,which suggests that this method has proven suitable for the phenols' quality analysis in complex system.Besides that,a large number of samples per day can be analysed due to the short analysis times.
