摘要
目的探讨护理安全管理在妇科围手术期的应用。方法选取妇科手术患者148例,随机分为两组。对照组71例,给予常规护理;观察组患者77例,在对照组基础上引入护理安全管理模式进行护理。对两组患者治疗依从性进行评价,并统计两组患者并发症发生情况、护理满意率、投诉率、差错发生率以及护理质控平均分。结果经过风险管理护理干预,观察组患者治疗依从性明显优于对照组;SAS、SDS得分明显低于对照组;观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,患者满意率明显高于对照组,投诉率、差错发生率明显低于对照组,护理质控评分明显高于对照组。上述比较两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随着人们健康意识的提高以及法律意识的增强,医护人员应该具有审视工作中存在不安全因素的能力,并在各个环节中做好相应监控,提高应对能力,从而减少医患和护患纠纷,在获得良好医疗效果的同时,促进护患关系和谐健康的发展。
Objective To explore the safe nursing care management for gynecological perioperative patients.Methods Total 148 patients with gynecological surgery were randomly divided into two groups,the control group（71 cases） received the conventional care,while the observation group（77 cases） received the safe nursing care management based on the conventional care.The treatment compliance was evaluated.The rate of complications,satisfaction rate for the nursing care,incidence of errors,complaint rate and the mean quality control score for nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results As compared to the control group,the treatment compliance of the observation group was better,SAS and SDS were lower,the rate of complications decreased,satisfaction rate for the nursing care increased,incidence of errors and complaint rate were reduced,the mean quality control score for nursing care was higher.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion With the enhancement of people’s health awareness,and awareness of the law,health care workers should have the ability to examine work insecurity,and do a good job in all aspects of the appropriate monitoring,to improve the capacity to respond,thus reducing the physician-patient and nurse-patient disputes,while access to good medical effect,to promote harmony and healthy development of nurse-patient relationship.
