摘要
目的研究临床护理路径（CNP）应用于基层医院妇科手术患者的实施效果。方法采用不同病种（子宫肌瘤、卵巢肿瘤、异位妊娠三种病种）前后对照研究，对照组330例实施传统治疗和护理，实验组372例实施CNP，将两组的护理效果进行对比。结果实验组患者的平均住院日低于对照组（P〈0．05）；健康知识掌握程度和患者满意度均高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论CNP应用于基层医院妇科手术患者不仅能减少住院时间，提高医疗资源使用率，而且提高健康教育效果和患者满意度，具有良好的可行性，可以在基层医院推广应用。
Objective To study the outcome by applying clinical nursing pathway on grass - roots hospital patients with genecology surgical operation. Methods Aquasic - experimental study with different disease was adopted. The three differen kinds of disease includes hysteromyoma, ovary tumor and gestation grow. There are 330 cases in control group and 372 cases in experimental group. Traditional treatment was applied in control group. Clinical nursing pathway was applied in experimental group. Results The average level of length stay of experimental group were lower （P 〈 0. 05） ; and got more knowledge. The satisfaction rate is higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The CNP not only can reduce hospitalication time, raise medical treatment utilication rate, raise health education result and sufferers＇satisfaction, but also have a good possibility. It＇s worth widely using in grass - roots hospital.
