摘要
目的探讨生活饮用水氟化物检测方法的精密度和准确度。方法采用微处理离子计进行测定。结果离子选择电极法测定氟化物,精密度试验,相对标准偏差为1.12%~2.45%;回收率试验,加标回收率为97.2%~102.6%;标准样品测定,标准曲线法与标准加入法测定结果一致,相对误差为1.8%和2.1%。结论离子选择电极法测定水中氟化物,精密度、准确度均符合分析质量控制要求。
Objective To explore the precision and accuracy of monitoring drinking water flouride.Methods We determine the concentration of drinking water’flouride by microprocessor ion meter.Results The precision test of ion selective electrodes showed relative standard deviation was 1.12% ~ 2.45%.The recovery test of ion selective electrodes showed the mark recovery was 97.2% ~ 102.6%.Monitoring standard sample,standard curve and standard addition method were not significant,relative error was 1.8% and 2.1%.Conclusion The precision and accuracy of the method of monitoring are up to the mustard quality control.
