摘要
高职院校创新型教学团队的创新是指专业建设、课程体系、人才培养模式、校企合作等与高等职业教育人才培养目标密切相关的模式和制度的创新,而不是单指技术的革新和科技的创新。在高职院校创新型教学团队的培育和建设过程中,创新意识是成员必备的核心素质,合理的人才结构是关键因素,团队文化、教育教学改革和"政行企校"合作是有效措施,健全的体制机制是有力保障。
The innovation of high vocational innovative teaching team is not only related to technology innovation,but also referring to professional development,curriculum system,training mode,school-enterprise cooperation which is closely related to patterns and institutional innovation.While in the process of high vocational school innovational teaching team cultivating,innovation is an essential member of the core qualities,reasonable personnel structure is the key factor,team culture,education reform and the cooperations among government,industry,enterprises and colleges are the effective measures,and perfect institutional mechanism is effective protection.
