摘要
根据某拼装玩具中一连接件的工艺特点,阐述了该连接件注射模的结构设计和模具工作过程。注射模采用滑块斜导柱侧向分型机构、齿条和各级齿轮传动脱螺纹抽芯机构完成塑件成型,并利用定距拉板完成二次分型,刮下产品b,再利用推杆推出产品a,顺利开模;合模时,则采用螺钉和压缩弹簧保证斜导柱准确地进入滑块的斜孔中。经批量生产验证,该模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,运转平稳,生产的塑件能满足要求。
According to the characteristics of an assembled toy’s connector,the structural design and working procedure of the injection mold are presented.Angle pin side-separating mechanism and gear-rack assembly core-pulling mechanism were applied to the forming and demoulding.The distance pull board was used to complete the second parting and scraped the product B.Ejector pins were used to eject the product A.Bolts and springs assured the angle pin go into the slide’s bore accurately when clamping the mold.The mold structure was compacted and working procedure was good and steady.The product can meet the requirements.
