摘要
对套筒塑件的结构和其成型模具的设计难点进行了分析,设计了2型腔、3分型面、斜滑块4个方向对称侧抽芯、推管推出的注射模成型塑件。介绍了模具的主要结构、特点和模具的工作过程。模具采用了在每个塑件中部内置的、带中心孔和周围均布8条连接筋的圆板上平面布置4个点浇口进料,由斜楔钩杆式顺序开模机构配合,实现了浇注系统凝料的自动脱模,提高了成型塑件的质量和效率。
Based on analysis of the structure of a sleeve and design points of mould, a two-cavity injection mould with three parting surfaces, core-pulling mechanism by slanted slide in four directions, and ejector sleeve structure was designed. Automatic demolding was realized through using wedge-lever-based sequential mould-opening mechanism.
