摘要
选取锯末、稻壳、玉米秸、麦秸、稻草、花生壳和棉花柴7种原料,分为9个试验组,测定三阶梯蛋鸡饲养条件下,垫料发酵过程中铵态氮含量的变化以及垫料总重、含水率和干重的变化趋势。结果表明,铵态氮指标不宜作为发酵垫料使用效果的评价指标;发酵过程中,鸡粪被微生物大量分解代谢为CO2等气体释放,发酵床处于超载状态,垫料干重呈线性增加趋势。不同原料制成的发酵垫料对鸡粪的承载能力有一定的差别,有机质含量变化趋势也不同,这一特性可作为定性的评价依据之一。根据垫料干重的周增重计算得到了不同试验组的鸡粪承载量和超载程度等评价指标,结果显示,锯末稻壳组承载能力最强,棉花柴组次之,为锯末稻壳组承载力的90%;锯末花生壳、稻壳麦秸粉、稻壳稻草粉表现比较接近(>80%);锯末麦秸切短、麦秸粉麦秸切短效果较差(<75%),其相应的超载程度分别为59.85~123.93%。
The study selected seven kinds of common raw materials:sawdust,rice husks,corn stalks,wheat straw,rice straw,peanut shells and cotton wood.They constituted nine experimental groups and the trend of the ammonium nitrogen and total weight of litter in the fermented process,moisture content and dry weight in three-tiered layers rearing conditions were determined.The results showed that ammonium nitrogen indicators can't be used for the indicators of fermentation litter.Although the manure was catabolic to release a large number of CO2and other gases by microorganisms in the fermentation process,the fermentation bed was still in the overloading state,and the dry weight continued to show a linear increasing trend.The manure-bearing ability of different raw material has a significant difference,and the trends of organic matter are different,this feature can be used for one of the bases for qualitative evaluation.In addition,according to the weekly dry weight gain of litter,the carrying capacity of hen manure and the overloading capacity of the test groups were calculated.The results showed that carrying capacity of the sawdust and rice husk group is the strongest,followed by that of the cotton firewood group which is 90% of the sawdust and rice husk group;that of the sawdust,peanut shells,rice husk wheat straw,rice husk straw powder are close(〉80%);that of the sawdust,straw-segment,wheat straw,wheat straw segments are less effective(〈75%),with an overloading capacity of 59.85%~123.93%respectively.
