摘要
为研究分析小果沙棘和雄性沙棘两个品种沙棘枝叶不同部位氨基酸的含量。试验采用氨基酸分析仪分析测定结果表明,沙棘枝叶不同部位均含有所测的17种氨基酸,包括2种酸性氨基酸、3种碱性氨基酸、12种中性氨基酸,同时也具有9种药用氨基酸。7种人体必需氨基酸、2种半必需氨基酸、8种非必需氨基酸;不同部位氨基酸的含量不同,大小顺序依次为:叶>枝叶混合>小枝>中枝>大杆;品种间总氨基酸的含量及所包括的必需氨基酸含量差异比较明显,小果沙棘叶总氨基酸含量为159.61mg/g,枝叶混合为92.27mg/g,而雄性沙棘叶为117.48mg/g,枝叶混合为91.00mg/g,相比之下分别多了42.13mg/g,1.27mg/g,而小枝、中枝、大杆氨基酸含量则少了30.12mg/g,8.50mg/g,6.18mg/g;小果沙棘叶、枝叶混合中所含必需氨基酸分别为60.80mg/g,34.14mg/g,而雄性沙棘叶、枝叶混合中必需氨基酸分别为43.86mg/g,32.57mg/g。研究结果为沙棘枝叶氨基酸含量研究奠定基础,同时为更好地开发利用沙棘枝叶提供科学依据。
To determine and analyze the amino acids in different parts of Hippohae rhamnoides'branches and leaves,the experiment used amino acid analyzer and found that there were 17amino acids in different parts of Hippohae rhamnoides'branches and leaves,including 2acidic amino acids,3basic amino acids,12nutral ones,as well as 9medical amino acids,among which 7were essential amino acids,2semiessential amino acids and 8none-essential amino acids.Different contents existed in different parts,with a descending order of leavesmix of branches and leaves small branchesmiddle sized branches and big branches;there was an obvious difference between the content of amino acids of different verities and the included essential amino acids,the total amino acid content for the small Hippohae rhamnoides was 159.61 mg/g,that for the mix of branches and leaves was 92.27mg/g;while that for male Hippohae rhamnoides 'leaves was 117.48mg/g,that for the mix of branches and leaves was 91.00mg/g,42.13mg/g and 1.27 mg/g more than that of the small Hippohae rhamnoides;however,the amino acid content in small branches,middle sized branches and big branches reduced 30.12mg/g,8.50mg/g and 6.18mg/g respectively;the essential amino acid content in small Hippohae rhamnoides and the mix of branches and leaves were respectively 60.80mg/g,34.14mg/g,while that for the male Hippohae rhamnoides'leaves and the mix of branches and leaves were respectively 43.86mg/g and 32.57mg/g.The study laid a foundation for the research on amino acid content in Hippohae rhamnoides'leaves and branches,and providing a scientific reference for the development and utilization of Hippohae rhamnoides'leaves.
