摘要
针对2013/2014榨季广西部分糖厂白砂糖不溶于水杂质含量偏高的问题,采集不溶于水杂质含量不同的白砂糖,进行分层溶解,并分析表层、中间层及晶核层的不溶于水杂质含量,研究不溶于水杂质在白砂糖晶粒分布情况,分析造成白砂糖不溶于水杂质含量偏高的主要原因,为企业解决白砂糖不溶于水杂质含量偏高的问题提供理论依据。
White granulated sugar of different insoluble substance content was dissolved by layer dissolving method, and the contents of insoluble substance of each layer were determined to discuss the distribution of insoluble substance in white granulated sugar crystal, then the reasons resulted high content of insoluble substance were studied.
