摘要
恭城县在可持续发展实验区建设过程中,紧紧围绕如何同时实现经济发展和生态环境保护与改善的问题,探索并已形成"养殖+沼气+种植+加工+旅游"五位一体的生态产业体系,其过程有四个方面的成功经验值得借鉴,也暴露出五个方面的问题,参考国内外其它区域生态产业建设的成功经验,提出产业协同、"生态"品牌、规模化、龙头企业带动等完善其生态产业体系的战略。
During constructing a sustainable development experimental zone, Gongcheng County has explored and formed a pentad ecological industry system, i.e. ＂animal husbandry q biogas ＋ plant farming t processing industry ＋ tourism industry＂, closely around how to simultaneously a chieve economic development and ecological environment protection and improvement. Four kinds of successful experience could be learned from the process, but also five problems were exposed. Re ferred to the successful experience in other domestic and foreign regions, industrial synergy, ＂eco＂ brand, scalization, impetus function of the leading enterprises were proposed to improve eco industrial system.
