摘要
干燥已成为农产品加工过程中提高生产质量的关键环节,空气能热泵干燥技术因节能等优点具有十分广阔的应用前景。文章简述热泵干燥设备的基本结构和原理,通过实例分析现有空气能热泵干燥设备在农产品加工的应用状况,讨论在应用中存在的主要问题和发展趋势。
Drying has become key factor for high quality in products processing. Due to the advantages such as energy - saving etc. , air energy heat - pump drying technology has a wide prospect in application. This paper has briefed the basic structure and principle of heat - pump drying equipment, analyzed the application situation of the equipment in products processing by case study, and discussed the existing problems and developmental tendency in application.
