摘要
基于黑龙江省某综合型高校学生创业素质的抽样调查,利用方差分析和多重比较分析的方法,对性别、是否在创业园工作、家庭所在地和是否为黑龙江生源分析,结果发现,性别的差异对创业素质有显著性差异。同时,对影响大学生创业素质的因素进行分析的结果显示,母亲职业、创业政策了解程度对创业素质有显著性影响。
On the basis of sample surveys on entrepreneurship qualities of students from some comprehensive university in Heilongjiang Province,the essay makes analysis on students’genders,their family locations,whether they work in Entrepreneurship Park and whether students’hometowns are in Heilongjiang Province or not through analysis of variance and multiple comparisons.The result is that gender difference has distinctive effects on entrepreneurship quality difference;meanwhile,the result of analysis on elements affecting entrepreneurship qualities of university students reveals that the awareness of entrepreneurship policies and their mothers’professions have remarkable influence on their entrepreneurship qualities.
