摘要
采用湿法-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS),对长白红景天(Rhodiola angusta Nakai)中Na、Mg、Al、K、Ca、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Pb等13种无机元素进行了测定.结果显示:长白红景天中质量分数较多的元素有Ca、K和Mg,而As和Pb的质量分数低于行业标准.与其他红景天中无机元素的对比发现,不同品种不同产地的红景天中的宏量元素的质量分数相当,但微量元素的质量分数差异明显.
Thirteen inorganic elements such as sodium,magnesium,aluminum,potassium,calcium,chromium,manganese,iron,nickel,copper,zinc,arsenic,lead in Rhodiola angusta Nakai are determined using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) and wet procedure.The richer mass fraction is calcium,potassium,magnesium in different zones and kinds.The mass fraction of arsenic and lead is conforms to limit standard.The comparative study is promoted with the mass fraction of inorganic element of the other Rhodiola,macroelements is considerable in amount and trace element is different for zones and kinds of Rhodiola,data support for the quality evaluation of Rhodiola will be provided.
