摘要
目的 HPLC测定红景天商品药材 4个主流品种和其他 5个野生同属植物中的红景天苷含量 ,为红景天原药材的质量评价和扩大红景天的野生药源提供部分依据。方法 色谱柱 :BondcloneC18;流动相 :水 -甲醇 -乙腈 ;流速 :0 6mL/min ;检测波长 :2 2 3nm。结果 红景天苷在 0 1~ 1 0μg范围内线性关系良好 ,r=0 9998。平均加样回收率 99 10 % ,RSD为 2 39%。 结论 红景天商品药材 4个主流品种的红景天苷含量差别最大可达 4 5倍 ,其中大花红景天Rhodiolacrenulata(HK .f.etThoms .)的红景天苷含量最高 ;5种红景天属野生原植物中 ,条叶红景天Rhodiola .linearifoliaA .Bor.的红景天苷含量较高 。
Objective To determine of the content of salidroside in the 4 main species of Rhodiola used as hongjingtian, a commercial medicinal material in TCM and 5 other plants of the same genus by HPLC, in order to provide data for evaluating the quality of hongjingtian and to find the new resources of this TCM medicinal material. Method The chromatographic column of Bondclone C18 was used; the mobile phase was water-methanol-acetonitrile at a flow velocity of 0.6 ml/minute; and the detection wavelength was 223 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship with salidroside within the range of 0.100 μg to 1.000 μg (r=0.9998) and the average recovery was 99.10% (RSD=2.39%). Conclusion As far as the contents of salidroside of the 4 main commercial species of Rhodiola are concerned, the highest is 4.5 times the lowest, and among the 4 species, Rhodiola crenulata has the highest content of salidroside. Among the 5 wild plants of the same genus, Rhodiola linearifolia has a rather high content of salidroside and enough attention should be paid to it.
