摘要
正义理论是当前国内外学术界研究马克思思想的热点论题,笔者试图总结当代中国学术界重新解读马克思正义思想的理论贡献。20世纪90年代以来,我国学界对马克思经济正义理论的研究取得重大进展,在马克思如何看待正义:批判抑或超越;马克思所说的正义问题是哪一种:劳动正义或者分配正义;马克思的正义原则是何种意义:平等还是自由等方面获得诸多新认识,重现了马克思思想的伦理维度。
Justice theory has been, both in China and abroad, a current focus in the academia about Marx＇s Thoughts, and this paper attempts to summarize China＇s contemporary re - reading of Marx＇s justice theory, which is a theoretical contribution to the research on Marx＇s Thoughts. Since the 1990s, China＇s researchers have made great achievements in studying Marx＇s economic justice theory in such aspects as Marx＇s attitude toward justice, what justice he referred to, and the principle of justice in Marx＇ view. These new achievements well reveal the moral dimension of Marx＇s Thoughts.
