摘要
正义是法哲学的一个重要范畴,马克思、恩格斯的许多重要文献中大量地论述有关正义的基本问题,形成了比较完整的马克思法哲学的正义理论。马克思法哲学认为:正义是价值正义和制度正义的结合,正义不过是法权本身一种更为抽象的表现。
<Abstrcat>Justice is an important category of law philosophy.The basic problems about justice are described in a large amount in many important documents of Marx and Engels', and have formed the just theory of more intact Marx law philosophy. Marx law philosophy propose that : Justice is the combination of value justice and system justice, and justice is just the more abstract expression of the right.
