摘要
本文对杭州瓜山鱼种场的异育银鲫和浙江天台养殖的东北银鲫寄生的粘孢子虫酯酶及乳酸脱氢酶两种同工酶进行了电泳比较研究 ,结果发现 :取自不同时期 ,不同寄主的粘孢子虫酯酶酶谱各不相同 ,具有明显的差异 ;而粘孢子虫乳酸脱氢酶酶谱在不同发育时期相同 。
Two isozymes (EST and LDH) of Myxosporidia from \%allogynogenetic craciun carp\% in Guashan,Hangzhou and \%carassius auratus gibelio(Blach)\% in Tiantai, Zhejiang were analyzed with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results show that the Esterase isozyme patterns of Myxosporidia from variant periods and from variant hosts all are different,and that the LDH isozyme of Myxosporidia are same from variant periods,but different from variant hosts.
